Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease use. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Terms govern all aspects of your interaction with the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by local law, to use this service. By registering, you confirm you meet the eligibility criteria and have legal capacity. Any underage or unauthorized use is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. The service may request proof of age at any time.

Account Registration & Security

Certain features require account creation with a valid email and password. You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. All activities under your account are presumed authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify support immediately.

Permitted Use

You agree to use the service solely for lawful and authorized purposes. Prohibited activities include hacking, spamming, phishing, and distributing harmful code. You must not attempt to circumvent security measures or access restricted areas. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

User Content

Content you submit remains your property, subject to a non-exclusive license allowing the service to host, display, and distribute. You warrant you hold all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify the service for any third-party claims arising from your content.

Pricing & Payment

Access to premium features requires payment of fees as displayed at checkout. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as explicitly stated. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.

Subscription Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours prior. You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings. Disabling prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial periods.

Service Modifications

The service may add, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance. No compensation is owed for changes.

Suspension & Termination

The service may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, security reasons, or operational needs. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately. You must delete any downloaded materials.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued for infringement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded.
